Can I bring the kids?

We welcome minors and under 18's in our venues before a certain time. However, this varies by venue, so please check the relevant location page for more information.

Can I cancel or change my booking?
General Booking
Yes. We are happy to reschedule your booking or reimburse your booking with activity vouchers to use at a different time.
Events & Functions
Yes. You can cancel your event and get a full refund if you provide 30+ days written notice.
If you cancel your event between 9-30 days written notice, we unfortunately will not offer a refund on payments made. However, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule the booking to a date within 3 months of the original booking
If you cancel your event between 0-8 days written notice, no refund will be issued.

Do I need to bring anything?

All you need is your booking confirmation, appropriate shoes (sorry, no stilettos), and a valid ID (if over 18). Easy!

What can we do before and after?

Chill out in our bar, grab some grub and a drink or, you know, normal social interaction with your mates.

Why won't your site let me book everyone in?

Uh oh. We’ve probably sold out of spots or there are fewer places left than you need. Please select another date/time.

Do I need to bring ID?
Once our venues become an 18+ zone, you must have a valid ID. The minors' cut-off time varies per venue, so please check your relevant location page
You should also bring an ID if you are acting as a guardian or responsible adult for minors

Can I bring my own food?

Sorry, we do not allow outside food into our venue as we are a licensed bar and kitchen. The only exception we make is for nut-free cakes, which guests are welcome to bring for any booking or event.

What is the difference between a general activity and an event booking?
Our party packages are available for groups of 8+ and offer a unique and fun way to celebrate your event at a per-person price. We offer private function spaces, delicious food and drink, multiple activities and even a dedicated party host. Let us help you take the stress out of planning so you can focus on having a good time.
A general activity booking is just that. Your selected activity with no other inclusions (such as food, drink & a dedicated party space).

Strike Bowling FAQs

Are there any age restrictions?

For laser tag, we recommend that players be over the age of 5 to play as our laser tag arenas can be dark and sometimes scary for little ones. Players also need to be able to wear a 2.5kg laser tag pack.

For Escape Rooms, please read the information relating to each room carefully before booking. Most of our escape rooms have an age limit of 15+ due to adult themes. However, for rooms like Jailbreak or Moonshot, we do allow children who are aged 8+ with adult supervision.

For Darts, under-18s are not permitted to play for safety reasons.

Children can participate in all other activities in our venues at the discretion of their responsible Parent or Guardian. However, a parent or guardian could be required to accompany, supervise or assist with play.

What should I wear?

We encourage guests to wear our bowling shoes. If you prefer, you can wear your own shoes as long as they are deemed safe and appropriate. (Closed toe and flat soled e.g. trainers, sneakers, boat shoe)

How long does it take?

All of our activities take different amounts of time depending on the size of the group. However, our booking system will show you the length of your booking as you go along.

Yes

Do we get a reserved area for the whole party?

You will get a reserved area for 40 minutes to enjoy your food and have cake service

Will decorations be provided, or can I bring my own?

What should I wear?

Come as you are! The only rule in our courses is closed-toed shoes. Those windmills don't care if you're dressed to the nines or rocking your favourite sneakers. Think "mini golf meets happy hour" vibes. 

Leave the stilettos at home, but feel free to bring your most outrageous golf outfit if that's your thing.

How long does it take?

Six shots maximum per hole. Rules are rules. This keeps the game going and stops you from embarrassing yourself too badly. A round of nine holes can take anywhere between 15-30 minutes

What should I wear?

Closed-toed shoes are recommended. Some of our challenges require you to move around the room to score as many points as possible within the time limit. Because of this, we recommend you wear clothes that you can comfortably get active in. We're not talking a marathon, think more like a vigorous game of musical chairs.

Sorry, you might have to leave the ball gown and high heels at home for this stay!

Not in the challenge rooms, we're afraid. Our ball pits and puzzle spaces need to stay food-and-drink-free so everyone can dive in without diving into someone's lunch. But don't worry, you can refuel between sets at our bar. Think of it as an intermission for your inner child, who's probably exhausted from all that frolicking anyway.

La Di Darts FAQs

Are there any age restrictions?

Yes. For safety reasons, unfortunately, under-18s are not permitted to play darts. However, before 5 pm, under-18s are allowed in the venue ONLY if accompanied by a responsible adult.

Can I just turn up?

It is recommended that you book your La Di Darts experience online. A total of 30 people can be booked online, with a minimum of 2 on Sunday - Thursday & a minimum of 4 on Friday & Saturday and a maximum of 6 people per Oche. BOOK HERE

What if I want to bring the whole squad?

La Di Darts is the perfect place to host a bucks, hens, birthday celebration or corporate event.

What should I wear?

Dress code? More like dress suggestion: wear closed-toed shoes and whatever makes you feel like a darts legend in the making. Whether that's your sharpest threads or your comfiest casual fit is entirely up to you. Just leave the sandals at home. Nobody wants a wayward dart landing near their toes (it won't, but better safe than sorry).

How long does it take?

Our session times are broken into 60 or 90-minute time slots.
If you would like to play for longer, no problem, you can book numerous sessions online. Or, if you are already in the venue and want to play on, please see one of our friendly staff who may be able to assist with booking you in for another session, subject to availability.
