Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. 
  2. The Promotion is a game of chance. 
  3. Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years and over. However, employees and their immediate families of Funlab and its associated brands connected with this competition are not eligible to enter. 
  4. Entry Period Opens 12:00pm AEDT Monday 20 October 2025 and closes 11:59pm AEDT Thursday 30 October 2025. 
  5. One (1) winner will be selected and announced via Instagram direct messages. The winner will be contacted by a representative of the Funlab Marketing Team to arrange the prize, which will occur no later than 5:00pm AEST 7 November 2025.  
  6. The winner has until 5:00PM AEST Friday 14 November 2025 to claim their prize.  
  7. To enter, Australia participants must follow Strike Bowling, Holey Moley Golf Club, Hijinx Hotel and Archie Brothers on Instagram. New Zealand participants must follow Archie Brothers and Holey Moley Golf. The corresponding Instagram accounts are as follows:

  8. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. 
  9. Entrants in the competition can enter as many times as multiple times within the comment section on the Instagram post.  
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promotion and/or the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause. 
  11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including delays in the posting of comments due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason. 
  12. The prize includes 1 x Funlab customised party (event) to the value of $1,000 in winner's local currency.   
    1. Winner is to select a Funlab location of their choice and arrange a party (event) booking via the Funlab Events Team.
    2. Winner can select a variety of activities available at selected location and choose food & beverage inclusions.  
    3. All guests included in party (event) must be 18 years or older.
    4. Minimum number of total guests is 8. Maximum number of guests will be determined by the activity, food & beverage inclusions (e.g. 1 activity, drink on arrival, fries & pizza to share is valued at $49pp).  
    5. The party (event) must be booked AND held before January 31, 2026.  
    6. Upon claiming the prize, the winner will be contacted by a member of the Funlab Events Team. Winner is to arrange the booking of this event directly with Events Team member. 
    7. The prize must be used at one time and cannot be used for more than one booking.  
  13. If for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. 
  14. If for whatever reason the winner is unable to redeem their prize, no additional winners will be drawn. 
  15. Entries (comments on competition posts) will be assigned a number, and winners will be chosen using a random number generator. 
  16. The promoter’s decision is final, and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result or winning entries. 
  17. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements. 
  18. This promotion isn’t sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or any other social media used throughout the contest.
