Booking Fee

A booking fee of 2.1% (inclusive of GST) will be applied to the total cart value for all bookings made online, by phone, or via email through our sales team.

Booking fees apply regardless of payment method, including:

Online Payments

Online payments may be made using:

• Gift Cards

We do not accept Diners Club cards or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for online payments.

Promotional Offers

Promotional offers are not available on public holidays, the eve of public holidays, or in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.

Our online booking system may not support bookings for certain promotions. To take advantage of these offers, please visit the venue directly, as limited spaces may be reserved for walk-in guests.

All promotions are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Fair Play

Any promotion that includes unlimited play is subject to our Fair Play Policy, which is designed to ensure all guests have a reasonable opportunity to participate in available activities. We may ask guests to move between activities where necessary to ensure fair access.

Manager's Discretion

The manager on duty reserves the right to allocate guests to particular activities where reasonably necessary.

End of Play

Once you leave the venue, the promotion automatically ends. You will no longer have access to any activities purchased as part of the promotion, even if the allocated play period has not expired.

Further information about specific promotions can be found in venue promotional materials or may be obtained from venue staff. Please ensure you understand the applicable promotion terms before purchase.

Fair Play Policy

The Fair Play Policy applies to promotions that include an Unlimited Play component. The policy is designed to ensure all guests have fair access to activities on offer.

The manager on duty reserves the right to allocate guests to activities.

Not all activities are included in every promotion. Please confirm inclusions with venue staff at the time of purchase.


Unlimited Play promotions

• Are valid only on the day of purchase.
• Are subject to varying finish times.
• May be modified based on venue capacity and operational requirements.
• Available to walk-in customers only.
