A Funlab Gift Card lasts for 3 years and can be used at any of our incredible venues on activities, food and drinks.

What if my gift card is lost or stolen?Treat our gift cards like cash. Unfortunately lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Can I use my gift card to pay for an online activity booking? Yes you can! Simply enter your gift card code during checkout, and the value of the gift card will be knocked off your total price.
If the price of your purchase is lower than the gift card value, the remaining balance will stay on your gift card for you to use at another time.

Can I use my gift card to pay for party booking?Yes you can! Simply enter your gift card code during your party checkout!

Will I received a tax invoice?No. As gift cards do not incur tax, you will be provided with a receipt rather than a tax invoice after purchase.

Where can I use my gift card?Our gift cards can be used at any of our incredible venues across Strike, Holey Moley, Archie Brothers, B. Lucky & sons, Jukes Karaoke, Red Herring Escape Rooms, La Di Darts and Hijinx Hotel in Australia.
Gift cards can also be used across all brand websites, excluding B.Lucky & Sons.

How many times can I use my gift card?You can use your gift card in our venues and online however many times it takes until the balance reaches zero...and then you can top it up again if you like.

Terms & Conditions
1. Treat Funlab Gift Cards like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
2. Funlab Gift Cards are redeemable for activities, food and beverges at partcipating Funlab venues only. For bookings and purchases made online and in-venue.
3. Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of functions or group bookings
4. Must be redeemed before expiry date shown on card.
5. Will be void and is not redeemable after expiry date.
6. Cash will not be given for any unused balance.
7. Expiry of Gift Card is 36 months from the date of issue.
8. Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited.
9. Purchases exceeding available balance require the difference to be paid by another method.
