TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. 
2. By entering into the competition, you agree to have your “office tea” story shared on social media and used in paid advertising. 
3. The Promotion is a game of Skill. 
4. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. However, employees and their immediate families of Funlab Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies connected with this competition are not eligible to enter. 
5. Entry Period Opens 06:00am AEDT 7th March 2024 and closes  
   23:59am AEDT 14th March. 
6. Three (3) winners will be selected and contacted via email or phone. The winners will be contacted by a representative of the Funlab Marketing Team to arrange for the arrangement of the prize, which will occur no later than 5pm AEDT Thursday 15th March 2024. Winners have until 5pm AEDT Wednesday 20 March 2024 to respond to the email and claim their prize. 
7. To enter, participants must enter and submit their details and their office “tea” via the competition form on https://fun-lab.com/win. 
8. Office “Tea” is defined as slang for gossiping about a situation, story, news, or some interesting information about a social group. 
9. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. 
10. Entrants in the competition may enter once. 
11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promotion and/or the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause. 
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including delays in the posting of comments due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason. 
13. Total prize pool value; $3,300AUD ($1,100AUD per prize). Prize includes an EOFY party for 20 people at the winners choice of venue; either Archie Brothers Cirque Elecriq, Holey Moley or Strike Bowling. The party for twenty includes either a $55pp “Dream Big” bowling or arcade package at Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq, a $55pp “Caddy Classic” package at Holey Moley Glof Club or a $55pp “Let The Good Times Roll” package at Strike Bowling. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. 
14. The Promoter, Funlab, reserves the right to choose the time and date that the party prize will take place. 
15. The prize must be redeemed before 30 June 2024. 
16. If for whatever reason the winner is unable to redeem their prize, additional winners will be drawn. 
17. Entries will be chosen by the Funlab marketing team. The entries deemed to be the funniest will win. 
18. The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result or winning entries. 
19. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements. 
20. This promotion isn’t sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or any other social media used throughout the contest.
