Terms & Conditions

- Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Promotion is a questionnaire.
- Entry is open to residents of Australia only over the age of 18. However, employees and their immediate families of Funlab and their associated agencies and companies connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
- Entry Period Opens 9:00AM AEDT Tuesday 5 May 2026 and closes 11:59AM AEDT Tuesday 30 June 2026 
- Winners will be selected and contacted by a representative of the Funlab Marketing Team to arrange for confirmation of the prize, which will occur no later than Tuesday 5 June 2026 (round 1 winner) and Wednesday 1 July 2026 (round 2 winner). Winners have 5 business days to confirm. 
- To enter, participants must respond via the corresponding typeform provided. Entrants will be required to join our marketing list by submitting their name, phone number, email and answer the question, ‘What did you celebrate that absolutely did not deserve a celebration?” in 25 words or less.
- Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
- Entrants in the competition may enter multiple times.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promotion and/or the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including delays in the posting of comments due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.

- Winner of the first prize must redeem their prize in June 2026. Winner of the second prize must redeem their prize in July 2026. Winner will choose location and preferred time slot. 
- There is a total of two (2) prizes to be won. 
- In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
- If for whatever reason winner is unable to redeem prize, another winner will be drawn and notified by a representative of Funlab. 
- Each valid entrant will be judged by selected members of the Funlab marketing staff. The judges will select the winners, based on the most unique and funny response in the context of the stated competition. 
- The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result or winning entries. 
- It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
- This promotion isn’t sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or any other social media used throughout the contest.

- Offer valid for one (1) activity for one (1) person only (9 holes of mini golf, 1 game of bowling, 1 set of challenge rooms, $35 arcade game card)
- Available for online bookings at Archie Brothers, Strike Bowling, Hijinx Hotel, and Holey Moley Mini Golf (AU)
- Guests must opt in to receive marketing communications to receive their unique birthday code.
- Maximum of 2 guests per booking.
- Discount code is valid for 4 weeks from the date the first birthday email is received.
- Not valid for party bookings, karaoke or darts.
- Code must be entered at checkout for the discount to apply.
- Discount applies to the cheapest eligible activity in the booking.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
