Competition entry terms & conditions

1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. The Promotion is a game of Chance.

3. Entry is open only to those over the age of 18. However, employees and their immediate families of Funlab and their associated agencies and companies connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.

4. Entry Period Opens Thursday 11 April 2024 at 9:00AM AEDT and closes Wednesday 18 April 2024 at 9:00AM AEDT.

5. Winners will be selected and announced via email. The winners will be contacted by a representative of the Funlab Marketing Team to arrange for delivery/collection of the prize, which will occur no later than EOD Thursday 19 April.

6. To enter, participants must complete the Typeform questionnaire

7. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.

8. Entrants in the competition may enter once per email address.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promotion and/or the Promoter.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.

11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.

12. The prize includes two double-passes to the Richard and the Stork and the Mystery of the Great Jewel per winner valued at $62 per pass.

13. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.

14. The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result or winning entries.

Ticket use terms & conditions


1. Valid at participating cinemas only.

2. For single use only.

3. Voucher must be surrendered upon redemption.

4. Voucher valid in exchange for two admissions.

5. Not valid Cinema discount days.

6. Not valid public holidays and Saturdays after 5pm.

7. Only valid to redeem in person at the cinema.

8. Not valid for mobile or online ticketing.

9. Not valid with any other offer. Not for re-sale.

10. This voucher must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.

11. Voucher does not guarantee entry as seats are subject to availability.

12. Not valid at the following cinemas: Golden Age Cinema, Govindas, Dendy Lounge and Premium Lounge, Palace Platinum, Deluxe or Upgrade, EVENT Cinemas VMAX, Gold Class or Boutique Premium cinemas, Village Cinemas VMAX, Vpremium or Gold Class, State Hobart's rooftop or special event screenings.
